ABOUT US:

We are proud to offer coaching and training to professionals, community services, educational institutions, entrepreneurs, and the private sector. Sunflower Enterprise is designed for adult learning, which includes individuals, service users, carers, friends, families, and students, allowing us to become more productive. Through workshops, webinars, seminars, online courses, and well-planned events, we provide an organised strategy to assist personal and professional development.

There are three significant aims that take place:

Participation and Creativity:

Participating in creative and artistic activities with participants suffering from mental illnesses, as well as supporting participants in developing new fundamental skills and abilities through practice-based forms of producing and doing. The primary goal of workshops is to inspire each participant's creative flare by providing new possibilities to obtain a better awareness of their entire potential as visual learners, as well as the opportunity to use various inventive techniques.

Participation, Diversity, and Inclusion:

Facilitating community art workshops that allow people to open up and communicate while working and visually express themselves. Engaging in meaningful activities promotes community involvement for Tower Hamlets' mental health community members; this includes interacting with people and breaking down isolation and loneliness. To assist participants in becoming more insightful about their unhelpful habits in order to better comprehend making healthy choices. It will enable persons with mental illnesses to overcome social barriers and engage in larger communities.

Improving Lives and Sustainability:

The participants will collaborate with several award systems to win specific grants for future goals and growth. Learning new talents and sharing new ideas boosts one's sense of happiness. Improving personal development learning could be an excellent source of meaningful practice for efficiently coping with pleasant and negative emotions.
